Role overview:
Bluejack Gaming is seeking a proactive and dynamic Key Account Manager to oversee and nurture relationships with key clients in the iGaming sector. In this role, you will manage some of our most valued partnerships while helping clients optimize their content and marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with clients to ensure satisfaction, anticipate needs, and promote our innovative slot games and Partner Program.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, deep knowledge of the iGaming industry, and the ability to drive mutual growth.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion through events, conferences, and client visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
- Report directly to the Head of Account Management and CEO.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in iGaming or casino games, with a strong understanding of the industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to travel to industry events and client meetings as needed.
- Proven track record in account management and relationship-building
- Travel across Europe to industry event expos.
